Indoor Pickup Or Already Outside?

You do not need to drag a heavy couch to the curb to ask for a quote. Tell us where it is sitting and show the route out: stairs, doorway widths, corners, elevator and distance to the loading area. Mention if it was assembled in the room or required unusual access when it came in.

For apartments and condos, confirm building pickup rules and any elevator reservation. If the couch is already outside, tell us where and whether the loading area is accessible. See curbside versus full-service pickup for the difference between those arrangements.

Condition Matters For The Removal Plan

Tell us about broken frames, exposed sharp parts, heavy staining or suspected pest activity before booking. Acceptance and any special handling need to be confirmed. This is not a pest-treatment or remediation service.

A couch in usable condition is not automatically accepted for donation. Receiving organizations set their own condition and pickup requirements. If donation is important to you, discuss the plan first; no donation acceptance or receipt is promised by this page.
