Work That Fits Around Your Operation
The hard part of a commercial cleanout usually isn't the volume. It's doing it without blocking the loading dock during deliveries, without hauling old cubicles through a lobby full of customers, and without tripping over your building's freight elevator rules.
We schedule around that. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are normal for us on commercial work — if the only window is Sunday at 6am, that's when we come.
Who we work with
- Offices — cubicles, desks, conference tables, task chairs, filing cabinets, server racks, monitors and e-waste, and the storage room nobody's opened in years.
- Retail — shelving, gondolas, racks, display cases, mannequins, fixtures, signage and post-remodel debris.
- Restaurants & bars — tables, booths, chairs, walk-in shelving, prep tables and non-hazardous kitchen equipment.
- Warehouses & industrial — pallets, damaged inventory, broken racking, packaging waste and scrap metal.
- Property management & HOAs — unit turnovers, abandoned tenant property, common-area cleanups and bulky-item pickups.
- Contractors — construction and renovation debris, recurring pickups across the length of a job.
- Schools, churches & nonprofits — classroom furniture, old equipment and facility cleanouts.
Office Furniture, E-Waste And Records
Office cleanouts throw off three things that shouldn't just get thrown in a dumpster. Furniture in decent condition is often donatable — schools and nonprofits take desks and chairs constantly. Electronics are e-waste and are handled separately under California rules, so monitors, computers and printers go to e-waste recycling rather than landfill.
Records are the one to be careful with. If boxes contain customer data, medical records, employee files or anything else you're legally required to protect, use a certified shredding service for those specific boxes — not us, and not a dumpster. We'll haul everything else.
Recurring And Ongoing Work
If you turn units, run a construction schedule, or generate bulky waste on a predictable cycle, we can set up a standing arrangement instead of you re-explaining the job every time. Same crew, same number, and we already know your building.

Commercial Junk Removal Across Southern California FAQ
Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes, and it's common on commercial jobs. Tell us the window that works for your operation and we'll schedule around it.
Do you invoice, or is it payment on the day?
We can invoice the business. If your accounting needs a W-9 or a PO number on the paperwork, just say so when you book.
Can you handle a whole office move-out?
Yes — from a few dozen workstations to a full floor. Larger jobs get scheduled across multiple loads or multiple days, and we'll lay that out in the quote.
What about our old computers and monitors?
Those are e-waste and go to a proper e-waste recycler, not the landfill. If the drives hold sensitive data, wipe or pull them before we take the machines — or use a certified data destruction service for the drives specifically.
Do you do recurring pickups for a construction job?
Yes. Set a cadence that matches your schedule and we'll come clear debris on a regular basis for the length of the project.
