Do Not Move Heavy Items Just To Get An Estimate
Send photos of the items where they are. Add a picture of the doorway, stairs or route if access looks tight. Do not attempt a difficult lift, block a sidewalk or leave items on public property to prepare for an unconfirmed pickup.
For an appliance pickup, describe any connections and discuss preparation first. A photo quote is not an instruction to disconnect utilities. For a large sofa, tell us if it is a sleeper or recliner so its construction is part of the discussion.
