For The Things That Are Not Making The Move
Move-out junk removal covers the unwanted items left in a home, apartment or condo: furniture, mattresses, boxes of discarded household goods and other agreed contents. Keep the items your movers are taking separate from the removal pile.
If it is mainly a sofa or bedroom set, our furniture removal page has item-specific details. If you need an entire property emptied, see house cleanouts.
Plan Around Keys, Elevators And Loading Access
Tell us the move-out date and the last time you can provide access. For apartments, include the floor number, stairs, elevator availability and any loading-zone rules. Ask the building manager about elevator reservations and allowed pickup hours.
Do not assume the junk pickup has the same reservation or access arrangement as your moving company. Explain gate codes or key arrangements directly when booking, and agree on a window that works with the building and your handover.
A Pickup Plan Before The Last Day
Photos of the remaining items are helpful even if you are still packing. If the pile changes after the movers leave, send updated photos. A last-minute request is worth a call, but same-day availability depends on the job, location and schedule.
We confirm the removal price before loading. The quote accounts for volume, weight and access, so a sofa upstairs can require a different plan from the same sofa beside a driveway.
What A Cleanout Does — And Does Not — Finish
Junk removal clears the agreed belongings and includes sweep-up. It does not replace a separate deep clean, carpet cleaning, repairs or your landlord's move-out inspection. Arrange those tasks around the pickup if they are needed.
Keep paint, chemicals and special waste out of the ordinary pile. Check accepted items before booking. If belongings are shared with roommates, agree on what may be removed first.
Make The Call With Three Details
Tell us what is left, your city, and when the keys must be handed over. Add access information and photos for the quote. Call or text (442) 414-3483 for service across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange counties.
