Boxes nobody has opened
Paperwork, holiday decorations, kids' school work, and the boxes from the last two moves. We can set anything aside you want to go through first.
A garage cleanout is its own job, not a smaller house cleanout. The volume is deceptive: shelving hides depth, boxes are heavier than they look, and there is almost always something bulky at the back that has not moved in a decade.
We pull everything out to the driveway, you flag anything staying, and the rest goes in the truck. You do not sort in advance and you do not carry anything.
Most garages come out in a few hours. A packed two-car garage with a loft or attic space above can take most of a day, and we will tell you which one you have when we quote it.
After a few hundred of these, the contents are remarkably consistent.

Bikes, exercise equipment, lawn mowers, power tools, patio furniture, coolers and the barbecue that stopped lighting three summers ago.
Couches, mattresses, dressers and desks parked “temporarily”. Anything still clean and sound we route to donation rather than the landfill.
Offcut lumber, tile, drywall, fencing and half-used bags of dry material from projects that finished years ago.
No. That is usually the part people are stuck on. We pull it all out and you point at what stays. The only thing to separate first is hazardous material, because we cannot legally load it.
It is priced on how much room the load takes in the truck plus the labor to get it out. Most garages land between a quarter and a full truckload. You get one flat number before we start. How pricing works →
Yes. Freestanding shelving comes straight out; anything mounted we can unbolt and remove. If you want built-ins torn out, that is light demolition and we handle it in the same visit.
Common request. Point at the half that goes. You are charged for the volume that leaves, not for the size of the room.
One call and it's gone. Tell us what you've got and we'll give you an upfront price before we lift a finger.
