No Lectures. No Photos On Social Media. No Judgment.
If you're reading this, it probably took something to pick up the phone. Maybe it's your own home. Maybe it's a parent's, and you've been putting off the conversation for years. Either way — we've walked into this before, and we're not going to make you feel worse about it.
Our job is to get the space back, not to have an opinion about how it got that way. We show up, we listen, and we work at whatever pace the person in that house can handle.
How We Approach A Hoarding Cleanout
- We walk it first. Quietly, with you, so we understand the layout, the volume and which rooms are off limits today.
- We agree on the rules before we touch anything. What's definitely going, what's definitely staying, and what gets set aside for you to decide on.
- We sort as we go. Paperwork, photos, mail, medication, cash and jewelry turn up in these jobs constantly. We put those in a keep pile instead of a truck.
- We can go room by room over multiple days. Some people want it done in one push. Others need to do one room a week. Both are fine.
- We clear a path first. If there are blocked exits, blocked hallways or a stove nobody can reach, that's where we start.
The Practical Side
Heavy-accumulation jobs are a different animal from a normal cleanout. There's usually far more volume than it looks like from the doorway, the flooring underneath is often ruined, and access is tight. We come prepared for that: multiple truckloads, dollies, protective gear and the time it actually takes.
We handle the removal and haul-away side. If a job turns out to need biohazard remediation, pest treatment or mold work, we'll tell you plainly and point you toward the right licensed specialist rather than pretend it's within our scope.
What This Costs
Hoarding cleanouts are priced on volume and labor, same as any other job — there's just more of both. We give you a flat price after we've seen it, and if it's going to take multiple days or multiple loads we say so up front instead of running the bill up mid-job. More on how we price work →

Hoarder Cleanouts Across Southern California FAQ
Will you judge me or my family?
No. This is a normal part of our work and we've seen every version of it. We're there to move things out of a building, not to comment on anybody's life.
Can you do it a little at a time?
Yes. Some people want the whole thing done in one long day. Others need to do one room, sit with it, then call us back for the next. We'll work either way.
What if there's something valuable in there?
We assume there is. Cash, jewelry, documents, photos and collectibles come out of piles in these jobs all the time. Anything that looks personal or valuable goes into a keep pile for you to go through, not into the truck.
Do you handle biohazard, mold or pest problems?
We handle the junk removal. If we find conditions that need a licensed remediation, pest control or mold specialist, we'll tell you honestly and recommend you bring one in — we won't take money for work we're not the right people to do.
Are you discreet?
Yes. We keep the work quiet, we don't post anyone's home online, and we're mindful about how much gets stacked visibly in the driveway while we load.
