Demo And Haul-Away In One Trip
The problem with demolition isn't usually knocking the thing down. It's what's left afterward — a yard full of splintered decking and rusted fence panels that now has to go somewhere.
We do both halves. We tear it out and the debris leaves with us the same day, so you go from "there's an ugly shed in the corner" to "there's a clear patch of yard" without an intermediate week of your driveway looking like a construction site.
What we tear out
- Sheds, playhouses and storage structures
- Wood decks, patio covers and pergolas
- Fencing — wood, chain link and vinyl
- Hot tubs and spas
- Above-ground pools
- Interior carpet, padding, tack strip, tile and laminate
- Kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counters and vanities
- Non-structural interior walls and closets
- Old play sets, swing sets and trampolines
- Sagging garage shelving and built-ins
A Few Practical Notes
- Utilities first. Hot tubs, spas and some sheds are wired in. That circuit needs to be shut off and disconnected before demo — by an electrician if it's hard-wired.
- Shared fences. If a fence sits on a property line, square it with your neighbor before we show up. It saves an awkward conversation mid-job.
- Permits. Most small tear-outs don't need one. Some Southern California cities have their own rules on fences, pools and spas. Worth one phone call to your city if you're unsure.
- Weight limits. Concrete, brick, dirt and roofing tile are extremely heavy for their volume, so they're priced by weight rather than by how much space they take up. Tell us what you've got and we'll explain how it prices before you commit.
Contractors & Renovations
If you're mid-remodel and the debris is piling up faster than you can deal with it, we'll come pull it out — demo debris, old cabinets, torn-out flooring, drywall and packaging. Recurring pickups on a longer job are no problem.

Light Demolition Across Southern California FAQ
Do you haul the debris away too?
Yes — that's the point. Demo and haul-away happen in the same visit so you're not left with a pile to deal with.
Can you take down a load-bearing wall or demo a whole building?
No. That's licensed demolition contractor work and usually permitted. We stick to light, non-structural tear-outs and we'll tell you honestly when a job is past our line.
What about a hot tub that's still wired in?
Get the circuit shut off and disconnected first — by an electrician if it's hard-wired. Once it's dead we'll cut it up and haul it out.
Do I need a permit?
For most small tear-outs, no. Fences, spas and pools have city-specific rules and some Southern California cities have different rules. One call to your city's building department answers it.
Can you take concrete and brick?
In limited amounts, yes. Heavy material is priced by weight rather than volume because of truck load limits. Tell us roughly how much and we'll explain the price before you commit to anything.
