Take One Overview, Then Show What It Hides
Start with a wide view showing the whole area to be cleared. For multiple rooms, take an overview of each room. If a pile has items behind or under it, describe them in the message instead of moving unstable material to get a picture.
The real job gallery shows why an overview matters: a room full of belongings, an outdoor furniture pile and narrow side-yard debris are different pickup situations. A close-up of one box cannot show the whole load.
Add The Details That Change The Work
- Large pieces: identify a sleeper sofa, recliner, heavy cabinet or oversized item; include approximate dimensions if you already know them.
- Appliances: show the type and note whether it is still connected. Do not move or disconnect it just for a photo.
- Debris: identify concrete, brick, dirt or other dense material. The weight matters as well as the visible size.
- Access: show relevant stairs, narrow doors, gates or the distance to a suitable loading spot.
- Keep items: clearly describe what must stay, especially in a mixed room or estate cleanout.
Send This Short Message With The Photos
Hi S&M, I need a pickup in [city or ZIP]. The items are [list]. They are located [floor or area, stairs/elevator and access]. I would like to discuss [preferred day or deadline]. The photos show [what to remove and what stays]. Can we discuss a quote and availability?
The pickup-notes helper can start the message for you. It does not send anything. Open your text app, add the details and attach your photos yourself. Check the destination is (442) 414-3483.
A city or ZIP is enough to begin the coverage discussion. Avoid including personal documents, faces or other private information in the photos. The team can arrange any further location details directly when booking.
What Happens After You Send The Photos?
The team may ask about hidden items, material types, weight or access before discussing a price. A photo estimate is not a booked appointment, and adding items can change the scope. Confirm the pickup window and final price with the team before loading begins.
If you cannot send photos, call and describe the job. We serve Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange counties. Check accepted items and special handling for anything unusual, and use the pricing guide to understand the quote factors.
