Give Each Unit A Clear Scope
Send photos and a list of the rooms, appliances, furniture and outside areas that need attention. Identify anything the owner is keeping, including fixtures, installed appliances and furnishings that belong with the rental.
For a multi-unit property, describe each unit separately. Combining everything into one vague pile description can hide access differences and make it harder to quote accurately. Tell us who will approve the final scope and price.
Arrange Access Before The Crew Arrives
Include unit numbers, stairs, elevator restrictions, gate access and an available loading area in the booking conversation. Let us know about occupied neighboring units and any building rules affecting noise or pickup hours.
If a manager, maintenance worker or owner will meet us, agree on that contact before the appointment. For a rental house with a garage or yard, photograph those areas too. A whole-house cleanout can have a different scope from a few items left in an apartment.
Coordinate The Cleanout With The Next Trade
Share when painters, cleaners or repair workers need the space. We will discuss the requested timing and confirm availability. If several units are involved, explain which one has the earliest deadline.
Our before-and-after gallery includes an apartment cleanout and other completed removals. The pictures show removal results; they do not imply that painting, repairs or deep cleaning are part of a junk pickup.
Authorization Comes Before Removal
Confirm that the items can be removed before scheduling the work. Decisions about ownership, tenant belongings, required notices and a property's legal status are for the owner or manager to resolve with the appropriate adviser. Junk removal does not determine those rights or replace that process.
Report special waste, pests, contamination or other condition concerns when requesting a quote. See accepted items and exclusions. Specialized remediation is not part of a normal turnover cleanout.
