Share the floor number, freight-elevator dimensions, loading-dock arrangements and distance from the suite to the loading area. Ask your property manager about reservations, vendor paperwork and permitted pickup times before scheduling.

If the building requires insurance documents or a particular access procedure, send the requirements for review. Do not assume approval or after-hours service until the arrangements are confirmed. Heavy conference tables, attached fixtures and cubicle systems need a separate scope discussion.

Tell us about electronics, printers, toner, batteries or other special materials when requesting the quote. Acceptance and disposal routes vary; review accepted items and exclusions first. Do not include confidential information in the photos you text.

Include storage rooms and break-room furniture if those areas also need clearing. Volume, weight, access and any agreed disassembly affect the removal price. A cleanout does not automatically include wall repairs, carpet removal or a lease-restoration project.
