Direct Answer

Junk Removal For Huntington Beach Homes & Businesses

Yes, S&M Trash Junkers serves Huntington Beach and other cities across Orange County. We remove unwanted furniture, appliances, household clutter, storage contents, yard debris, office items, bagged household trash and other non-hazardous junk. The service includes the lifting, loading and haul-away, so customers do not need to move everything to the curb first.

Huntington Beach is one of Orange County's largest cities, and most jobs here start in one of two places: a single-family home whose garage stopped holding cars years ago, or a condo or apartment complex where the truck has to work around assigned parking, gates and neighbors. Tell us which one it is and we plan the route before we arrive.

Beach-town clutter has its own mix: sun-faded patio sets, bikes and beach gear, and the furniture that moved out to the side yard and never came back in. Send one wide photo of the pile and one of the way out to the street, and we can price it from that.

For the clearest starting point, text photos and a short description to (442) 414-3483. Include the pickup location, where the items are sitting and anything that changes access. We confirm the price before work begins.

Huntington Beach Pickups We Plan For

Every property is different. These are the kinds of Huntington Beach jobs we plan around before the truck heads out.

Garage cleanouts

Boxes, tools, bikes and old furniture cleared so the cars fit again.

Condo and apartment move-outs

Units emptied for a sale or a new tenant, brought down from upper floors.

Patios and side yards

Sun-worn patio furniture, planters and yard debris gathered and loaded.

Furniture and appliance pickup

Sofas, mattresses, refrigerators and washers removed from inside the house.

Before We Arrive

Prepare For Pickup

You do not need to carry the junk outside. A few details help us understand the volume, labor and access before we arrive.

  • Send one wide photo of the pile and one of the route to the truck
  • Mention gate codes, assigned parking or HOA quiet hours
  • Set aside anything that stays, especially in a shared garage
  • Point out TVs, paint or propane so we can plan around them

The full pickup preparation checklist covers the rest.

Accepted Items

What We Take

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, boxes, garage contents, office furniture, yard debris and non-hazardous renovation debris. See everything we take, and what we can't.

Hazardous items go elsewhere

Paint, solvents, fuel, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos, ammunition and medical waste can't go in a junk load. The City lists TVs, computers and monitors with household hazardous waste. OC Waste & Recycling's Huntington Beach Collection Center on Nichols Lane takes them, along with paint and chemicals, from Orange County residents.

City Bulky Pickup Or A Hauler In Huntington Beach?

Republic Services, the city's trash collector, runs Huntington Beach's bulky item collection for residents with weekly cart service. Call Republic at (714) 847-3581 with 48 hours' notice, and a separate truck collects on your regular trash day. Furniture, appliances, mattresses and bundled palm fronds are eligible; TVs, pallets and construction or demolition debris are not.

The program runs on Republic's schedule: book ahead, and the special truck comes on your trash day. A hauler is the simpler route when you'd rather not move the pile out of the garage or a back bedroom yourself, when a condo complex limits where things can sit, or when the load mixes furniture with remodel scraps the program refuses. We carry it out, load it and sweep up, with the price confirmed before anything goes on the truck.

Simple Pickup

How It Works

Call or text photos, your Huntington Beach location and the access details. We confirm the price before anything is loaded, then carry it out, haul it away and sweep the work area. Our photo estimate guide shows what to send.

Local Service Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

What access details should I share for a Huntington Beach pickup?

Tell us whether it is a house or a condo complex, where the truck can park, any gate code or guest-parking rule, and how far the items sit from the street.

Does Huntington Beach have a bulky item pickup?

Yes, for homes with weekly cart service: call Republic Services at (714) 847-3581 at least 48 hours ahead and set the items out for your regular collection day. TVs and construction debris aren't part of it. If the items are still inside, or you need them gone sooner, call or text us.

Where do Huntington Beach residents take old TVs and paint?

To OC Waste & Recycling's Huntington Beach Collection Center on Nichols Lane, one of the county's four household hazardous waste centers for Orange County residents. Paint and chemicals can't go in our truck; for a TV, tell us the screen type and size first.
