The Math On A Storage Unit
A 10×10 unit in Southern California runs real money every month, and most units that have been rented for more than a couple of years are holding stuff that nobody's going to use again. One cleanout usually costs less than a few more months of rent — and then it's over.
How A Storage Cleanout Goes
- You tell us the facility, the unit number and a time that works.
- We meet you there — most facilities want a tenant or an authorized person present for access, so plan on being there at least to open it.
- We pull everything out, and you flag anything you want to keep before it goes in the truck.
- We sweep the unit out so it passes the facility's move-out condition.
- You go to the office, close the contract, and you're done paying rent.
Auction Buyers & Facility Managers
Bought a unit at auction and only wanted three things out of it? That's a common call. We'll clear the rest so you can hand the unit back inside the facility's deadline.
If you manage a facility, we can handle abandoned and defaulted units on an ongoing basis — clear them out, sweep them, and get them back into inventory quickly.
Multiple Units, Or One That's Packed Solid
A unit packed floor to ceiling holds far more than people expect, and upper-floor units with one elevator take longer. We'll ask you a few questions on the phone — unit size, floor, how tightly it's packed — so the price and the time we quote you are the real ones.

Storage Unit Cleanouts Across Southern California FAQ
Do I have to be there?
Usually at least to get us in — most facilities require the tenant or someone authorized on the account for access. Once we're in and you've told us what's going, you don't have to stand there for the whole thing.
Will you sweep it out?
Yes. We leave it broom-clean so it meets the facility's move-out condition and you're not getting charged a cleaning fee on the way out.
Can you handle an upper-floor unit?
Yes — just tell us up front so we can plan for the elevator and the extra time. Some facilities want the elevator reserved in advance.
I bought the unit at auction. Can you clear what I don't want?
That's a job we do regularly. Pull the things you want, and we'll take the rest so you make the facility's clear-out deadline.
