House Cleanouts Across Southern California

Whole-house cleanouts for moves, estates, rentals and probate sales. We start at the back bedroom and don't stop until the place is empty and swept.

When People Call Us For A House Cleanout

Most house cleanouts start with a deadline. Escrow closes Friday. The new tenant moves in Monday. The family has to be out of Mom's place by the end of the month and nobody can face the garage. Whatever put you here, the job is the same — a building full of stuff and not enough hands.

That's the work we do. We show up with the truck and the muscle, walk the property with you, give you one flat price for the whole thing, and then empty it out room by room while you handle everything else on your list.

The cleanouts we handle most

  • Estate & probate cleanouts — after a loss, or when a family home is being sold. We go slow on the rooms that matter and fast on the rest.
  • Moving cleanouts — everything the movers wouldn't take, gone in one visit.
  • Rental turnovers & evictions — unit stripped and swept so you can paint and re-list. We can work directly with property managers.
  • Foreclosure & pre-sale cleanouts — getting a property presentable before it hits the market.
  • Downsizing — when someone's moving to a smaller place and forty years of belongings have to go somewhere.

What A House Cleanout Actually Includes

Every room, not just the easy ones. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, clothing, boxes, paperwork, kitchenware, the closet nobody opened since 2004, the garage, the shed, the side yard and whatever's stacked behind it.

We bring our own dollies, straps, tools and floor protection. If a sectional won't fit through the door, we take it apart rather than take the doorframe with it. When the last load is out we sweep the floors so you're handing over a clean space, not a dusty one.

Found something you want to keep? Say the word and we set it aside. On estate and family cleanouts we'll flag anything that looks like documents, photos, jewelry or keepsakes rather than assume it's trash. Nothing important should leave in the truck by accident.

Working With Realtors, Landlords & Property Managers

If you manage property, you already know the cleanout is the thing that holds up the turn. We can meet your agent at the door, work from a lockbox where you've arranged access, send photos when the unit is clear, and bill the company rather than chase an individual for payment. Repeat work is welcome — most of our property-management clients call us the same week a tenant moves out.

House Cleanouts Across Southern California FAQ

How long does a house cleanout take?

A one-bedroom apartment is often a few hours. A packed four-bedroom house with a full garage can run a full day or spill into a second. We'll tell you which one you're looking at when we quote it, so you can plan around it.

Do I need to be there the whole time?

No. Plenty of people meet us at the start, walk us through what stays and what goes, and come back at the end. For out-of-state families we can arrange access and send you photos as we go.

Can you work with the estate's timeline and the realtor?

Yes. We do a lot of pre-listing cleanouts and we're used to coordinating around showings, inspections and closing dates. Tell us the deadline and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it.

What happens to everything you take?

Usable furniture, housewares and clothing go to donation. Metal and appliances go to scrap recycling. Paper and cardboard get recycled. Only what's left over goes to the transfer station.

Ready For A Clutter Free Space?

One call and it's gone. Tell us what you've got and we'll give you an upfront price before we lift a finger.
